I’ve got a lot more confidence in my personal self preservation, and I couldn’t think of anyone I’d rather fall off a cliff in front of, after being bitten by a snake than Dawn.
I am so pleased that I completed both the CPR and first aid training with you last week. I feel much more confident about CPR, adult, child and baby and defibrillator use and working as a team in this process. The first aid components were well taught and you gave us so many little ideas and hints that would assist eg. how to immobilise a limb for snake bite and how to mark the spot of the bite and of course the correct way to assess a person who has collapsed and what to do next. Thank you for you excellent instruction that was clear and articulate.

The training was very informative and well delivered in a very easy to understand way. The online aspect sped up the process of the course and made the course much easier and more enjoyable.
Dawn did a wonderful job of providing an online Workplace First Aid (due to Covid19 restrictions) followed up with the practical workshop whilst adhering to the social distancing and hygiene measures required for the same. Thanks Dawn, you made a tricky situation very easy.

Great First Aid training .. very current information, trainer works as a football trainer so has real life experience and skills she utilizes at ground level. This comes through in the practical tips and interesting, useful information shared. Defibrillator and CPR component excellent. I’ve been doing first aid, CPR, defibrillator training for a number of years and TalkSmart rates among the best I have experienced.

I completed my first aid session today with Dawn and it was incredible seeing how much knowledge she had on each of the subjects with so many relatable (and practical!) examples. The delivery method was very engaging and fun, no hours of boring slideshows or information that’s not relevant, which I have had to sit through in the past. I completed my first aid certificate a month ago now I can still remember every part of the session. Dawn provided an intriguing session using real-life scenarios to help me understand and fully apply my first aid experience. Being able to get involved with activities instead of continuously sitting was an awesome experience and allowed me to further my CPR and bandaging skills.
